My daughter insisted that I take a fasting course at the "Ayurmedica" of the Center of Oriental Medicine. I agreed, but was skeptical. The method seemed alternative to me.
I am 65, I began to get fat with retirement. At the beginning of the course weighed 93 kg.
Having decided to try Curative fasting, in fact, I set the true goal - to change my attitude to my diseases. With age, an avalanche of diseases hit me: asthma, heart failure, hypertension, and hernia. Asthma and hernia are the result of 40 years of working as a surgeon.
For five years now, I have been “eating” drugs in handfuls, leading the lifestyle of a sick person, and not moving much. I always trusted only cardinal and medical methods, tried to lose weight with the help of drugs.
So, fasting for me has become a new frontier, a new height, which I had to take. The first two days of RDT therapy, I was stressed: malaise, weakness, thoughts about food, and most importantly - I had fear for my life, because I thought that it was impossible without drugs. On the third day, changes began! My health has stabilized, my mood has improved, my sleep has become good, in general, I thought "I can live like that."
I realized that now everything depends on my willpower. I gathered body and mind into a fist, as when in my youth, because I was a gymnast.
Results of an RDT course: minus 8.5 kg, the back does not pain, I breathe freely without an inhaler for asthmatics!
I was leaving center with a feeling of "winner" over his consciousness, who had lost weight, in friendship with hunger, his body and the hope of a life without medicine!
To celebrate, I bought sneakers for 9 thousand rubles, which I did not allow myself for ten years. Of course I haven’t started running yet, but I am walking more briskly. I look at my life more fun and I can say that I lived a full, happy life, and I want to continue it as well.
Thanks to the staff of the Center of Oriental Medicine, the organizers of this idea for a good, well-coordinated work, excellent living conditions and high professionalism! I especially thank S.D.Sergeev for his dedication!
