Curative Fasting & Diet Therapy on Lake Baikal
Located on the shores of Lake Baikal in the village of Goryachinsk, Russia, our center offers specialized programs in health & healing through curative fasting & diet therapy. Our technique of t full the full fasting was developed by Professor Yuri S. Nikolaev. All programs are based on a combination of medicinal therapies from both East & West.

“Amar” means “relaxation” in the Buryat language.
The program is divided into 4 days of fasting, and 3 following a diet. -
“Aryun”—from the Buryat language—translates as “cleansing”.
The program consists of 7 days fasting, and 3 days of release. -
This long-term program (of 10 days fasting, 4 following a diet) aims to treat different diseases, especially chronic ones.
