The Center of Oriental Medicine was visited by a delegation of sports medicine doctors accompanying the AIBA Women's Boxing World Championships.
Doctors studied our rehabilitation opportunities in detail, were especially interested in acupuncture, research in the field of the effectiveness of its use in rehabilitation medicine.
In addition, the meeting participants were interested in the method of therapeutic fasting, and they agreed that without curative fasting, a complex of traditional medicine methods is not possible.
As a result, the championship doctors expressed their intention to cooperate in training doctors from other countries of acupuncture on the basis of the Center’s hospitals.
David Musulbes, Olympic champion, two-time world champion, coach of the Russian national free-style wrestling team, tested the recovery program at the Ayurmedik Center for Oriental Medicine at the Center for Oriental Medicine earlier this year.
“After my fasting session, I strongly recommend sports starvation to athletes, especially in the off-season sports, when an enormous load is accumulating. An athlete needs to be able to maintain himself, to defend his psychological health.
The players of the national team inevitably accumulate negativity, emotions emanate from the competition, the coaches are also very worried.
In addition, the mobility of joints and ligaments is very important for an athlete, and you can restore the work of joints without the intervention of pharmacology and brute physical strength.
What happens during fasting? I went through a very good reboot of the subconscious, and I advise sports trainers to try fasting program under stress, after which you can completely reconsider the methodology of the training process. Fasting will help restore the psyche in order to more effectively build work with athletes.
The healing fasting on Lake Baikal in Goryachinsk is the fundamental basis of the recovery process. Baikal is the power and greatness of Russia, it means a lot. ”
