At some point, the thought came: “Why did I get involved in all this?”, However, conversations with the doctor Sergei Dmitrievich, his stories about the need for movement in life, about our non-existent fears helped a lot ... At the end of the course, I think that nevertheless I managed to make friends with hunger, and I hope that this friendship is for life.
After fasting, I got what I wanted - it was cleansing, rebooting and plus a small pleasant addition minus 5 kg. The first day of eating after fasting was not straightforward, on the one hand there was an appetite, and on the other hand, the fear that the body would not want to take food. Oatmeal broth rediscovered the world of tastes for me, all the taste buds worked, it was some kind of extravaganza! It seemed to me that I didn’t eat anything tastier than porridge. Then we drank juice from carrots, beets and apples, but this is already on the second day. The taste buds woke up from a different angle, the juices seemed so sweet and very tasty.
To summarize, I can say that I am pleased with the healing of my body, received a powerful purification, tremendous energy and clarity of mind. I am very pleased with the results. Now the main thing is not to lose the invaluable experience gained and not to get involved in the gastronomic surpluses again.
